Each packet contains a mix of pills and capsules, some of them are very large so if you have a problem with swallowing pills in general these may not be for you. Convenience is not the goal here, effectiveness is. The Animal Pak is just that; very effective. Besides the basic vitamins you'll find in any multivitamin off the shelf, these pills also contain minerals and nutrients that help with boosting hormone levels. This is huge for anyone wanting to increase their strength and build more muscle. I also take a test booster (PureTEST: All Natural Testosterone Booster for Maximum ResultsI) which seems to be enhance the anabolic effects pretty nicely, i.e. raises testosterone levels. I've taken the animal stack and m-stack, wasn't really fan of either, not like this one and of course like the original animal pak which is a staple in my routine. If you are into any type of heavy lifting and you don't mind swallowing a handful of horse pills every day, then you'll find no better base supplement than the animal pak. 0 198 of 267 people found the following review helpful The REAL Benefits of Animal Paks, I don't think many people really understand what Animal Paks are. A friend of mine once described them as "Like, the closest thing to steroids you can buy legally." Others, in online reviews talk about pump, intensity, and focus. I say bullcrap to all of it. What Animal Paks REALLY are is a mega pack of vitamins. It's like a one-a-day gone totally nuts. Each pack has about 15 vitamins...and yes, some of them are horse-pill sized monsters. I think the hype about this product is garbage...not from the folks who make it as much as the people who write reviews that are complete bunk. That being said, I'm a huge believer in this product, and I love using it. Why? Several reasons. First, the general feeling of well-being is great. When I consistently take Animal Paks, I just generally feel better. No surprise there: I'm getting a ton of vitamins and minerals. We all feel better when we work out consistently; Animal Paks just add to that. I feel healthier, less run down, more alert and awake at school, and I feel that my recovery is better after a work out. Why? No magic mojo. Just the simple fact that I'm giving my body a ton of good things to rebuild with. I want my diet to be better, certainly, but some days that just isn't doable. Animal Pak helps pick up the slack. Note that it's not a REPLACEMENT for a good diet though. Also, I feel that I do get better sleep from the ZMA complex in the Paks, and that my immune system works a little better overall. Again, no magic mojo, just good sense. The right nutrition is important and I feel that Animal Paks help me with that. I work out often and I really enjoy it. Animal Paks definitely help me get towards a more healthy lifestyle... and Amazon really has the best prices and reputation anywhere. There's not magic pill to getting ripped, and Animal Paks aren't boosters, protein replacements, or steroids. I hate taking all pills of any kind and these are no exception but I can tell when I miss a day taking them. I am going for the world record bench press this year and these will help. 0 |
