Always eat a good protein breakfast at 7am, no snacks....take a capsule around noon for my 1:00 lunch time. Eat a very sensible, small portion lunch because I know I should, but not even hungry!! Only snacks I do eat maybe whole almonds or a cheese stick, or fruit. Take another capsule 5-6pm and then a later dinner. I'm very impressed with how this product works with my body.
